Our TB V2 PRO cylinder head is a muscolarized version of classic V2 head. This upgrade gives to your engine more power, torque and rpm.

This forged aluminum folding tip shifter is longer than stock and the tip is extended as well to prevent mis-shifts.

High quality anodized CNC machined billet cam cover and tappet cover set. This set is for our V2 head and KLX110 type cylinder heads like the YX150/160 cylinder head. If your stock cover O-rings are in bad shape, we have replacements available in this section as well (TBW0419).

6 Plate Kit - Replacement for our Billet Clutch Assembly or an upgrade kit for your stock 5 plate clutch (fits main shaft mounted clutches on all YX and most Jailing and Lifan engines.

Trail Bikes Oil Cooler Kit is a high quality accessory designed to help the Honda horizontal engine keep cooler.  Air-cooled engines run hotter when modified (i.e. big bore kits) and/or subjected to heavy loads such as racing use.  This kit will help the engine’s durability and reliability by circulating the engine oil through a cooler reducing the engine’s oil temperature. The kit includes the following:

- Lightweight aluminum 4 row oil cooler (not a 3 row as many others sell).
- AN fittings
- Crimped, braided lines - No hose clamps that could easily come off or leak nor cheap rubber hoses.
- Intake type mounting bracket
- CNC Billet Right side cylinder head cover adapter and two types of gaskets
- Mounting Hardware and roll of Teflon thread tape

This oil cooler is a bit smaller than our Kit 1 type, but mounts to the intake manifold for clean and nice looking fit.  This one is better suited for dirt/mx use while the Kit 2 cooler is better suited for road use but both will still work well in either situation.
